The County Merchant agrees to display advertising and or business information on the County Merchant website according to the listing specifications.

You will receive the required order form so you may complete your listing per your specifications. The County Merchant agrees to complete your listing order within 10 days of receiving your completed order form and images (if any).

Your listing will remain in effect for 12 months (18 months for POWER!! Pages). You may link to your listing from any blog, directory, website or social media outlet.

You agree to keep your listing and any linked websites G-rated. Failure to do so may result in deletion of your listing with no reimbursement of listing fee.

You agree that The County Merchant does not guarantee or validate the information provided in your listing and shall not be held accountable for any damages incurred as a result of your posted information.

Any custom designed images created by The County Merchant are the property of The County Merchant.

You agree that any advertised specials or coupons will remain in effect and be honored for the duration of the display. Online coupons may be presented to you on various papers, printed with various inks and may be printed and redeemed an unlimited number of times unless otherwise stated in the offer.

You agree that you are the owner or agent of the company for which this package is being purchased and are legally eligible to undertake this agreement.
